I’m deeply interested in what customers are thinking and feeling. Great design builds connection, not just attention and I love helping brands connect with their audience and their wider community.
For me, loyalty starts with asking the right questions:
What are customers really looking for?
What visuals resonate with them?
How does a product or service make life better, easier or more inspiring?
I focus on communicating the lifestyle, feeling or dream a brand represents - inviting customers to become part of that story. My role is to do the thinking, shape the initial ideas and create clear, considered assets that clients and their teams can confidently take forward.

I enjoy collaborating closely with clients and offering a bespoke, personal level of service that’s flexible and supportive. Every project is different and I value listening, trust and openness throughout the process.
Creativity and strategy go hand in hand. Visual communication isn’t about simply selecting beautiful images - it starts with questions, insight and clarity. Understanding customer focus, user experience, market position and messaging is essential before creativity can truly shine. When strategy and creativity come together, that’s when a brand’s story really comes to life.
My Story
I spent years working in agencies rooted in visual storytelling. Watching a brand come together through a carefully considered moodboard taught me just how much thought, process and intention sits behind work that appears effortless.
Today, I’m the owner of No. 52 Design where I collaborate with design agencies and in-house teams, offering flexible design support rooted in strategy, creativity and care.
When I’m not designing, you can find me on my allotment, running in all weathers or with a good book. I’m a nature-loving design and organisation nerd, fuelled by cups of tea and frequently interrupted by my cat, Pebs who I am sure you will meet.
